The Annual Planning Retreat, Joshua Tree, December 17–20, 2026

These terms apply when you register for the Annual Planning Retreat (the "Retreat"), hosted by Mindful Mogul Media Inc., a corporation organized under the laws of British Columbia, operating as The Mindful Mogul ("we," "us"). By registering and paying, you agree to these terms.

1. Registration and payment

1.1 Your place is confirmed when we receive full payment and send you a written confirmation.

1.2 All prices are in US dollars. The Retreat fee is $5,000 per person, or $8,000 for a leadership pair from the same business sharing one room.

1.3 Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't receive or store your full card details.

1.4 We may decline or refund a registration within [PLACEHOLDER: 48 hours] of payment if we believe the Retreat isn't a good fit. In that case we refund the full amount paid.

2. Rooms

2.1 The standard fee includes a place in a shared double room, or a shared room for a leadership pair.

2.2 Private rooms are limited and available on request, subject to availability, for an additional supplement of [PLACEHOLDER: $ amount]. A private room is confirmed only once we have invoiced and received the supplement.

2.3 We assign rooms at our discretion, taking your preferences into account where we can.

3. What's included

3.1 The fee includes: three nights' accommodation; all meals and non-alcoholic drinks [PLACEHOLDER: and alcoholic drinks]; the program and facilitation; guided activities offered on-site; round-trip ground transfers between Palm Springs International Airport (PSP) and the venue at the scheduled times; 90 days of follow-up as described at registration; and a 12-month subscription to Integritty for up to 10 users.

3.2 The fee doesn't include: flights or other travel to and from PSP; travel or health insurance; transfers outside the scheduled times; and personal expenses.

3.3 We may adjust the schedule, sessions, activities, facilitators or venue details, provided the Retreat's core purpose and the deliverables in Section 6 stay substantially the same.

4. Cancellations and transfers by you

4.1 All registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.

4.2 If you cancel in writing before the Retreat, we will try to sell your place to someone else. If we do, we credit the amount you paid toward a future event we host within 12 months of the Retreat's start date. If we can't sell your place, no credit or refund is due.

4.3 A credit has no cash value, can't be transferred, and expires if unused within those 12 months.

4.4 We strongly recommend travel insurance.

5. Changes or cancellation by us

5.1 If we cancel the Retreat for any reason, we refund the full amount paid. Our liability is limited to that refund; we aren't responsible for flights, travel or other costs you incur.

5.2 If events beyond our reasonable control (for example severe weather, natural disaster, public health orders, or loss of the venue) prevent the Retreat from going ahead as planned, we may reschedule, relocate, or move parts of it online. If you can't attend the rescheduled Retreat, we will offer [PLACEHOLDER: a credit toward a future Retreat / a partial refund].

6. Our guarantee

6.1 You leave with your complete plan: a Why and Vision summary, 1-year targets, Q1 priorities each with one owner, a scorecard of leading and lagging measures, an accountability map, and a plan to bring it to your team.

6.2 If you don't leave with all six, we keep working with you one-to-one by video, at no extra cost, until you do. Sessions are scheduled within 30 days of the Retreat.

6.3 The guarantee applies if you complete the pre-retreat preparation before arrival and attend both working days in full. It covers completion of your plan only. It isn't a guarantee of any business result, and it doesn't create a right to a refund.

7. No professional advice, no guaranteed results

7.1 The Retreat is an educational and facilitated planning experience. Nothing provided is legal, financial, tax, investment, medical or mental health advice.

7.2 You are responsible for your own decisions and for how you run your business. Except as stated in Section 6, we make no promise of any specific outcome, revenue or earnings.

8. Health, safety and activities

8.1 Activities such as hiking, sauna, cold plunge, breathwork and meditation are optional. Take part only to the extent you're comfortable and well enough to do so.

8.2 Before arrival, you must sign our participant waiver and release. You can't take part in the Retreat without a signed waiver.

8.3 Tell us about any dietary requirements or accessibility needs in advance, so we can accommodate them where we reasonably can.

9. Conduct and confidentiality

9.1 Participants share confidential information about their businesses and lives. You agree to keep what other participants share confidential, and not to use it for any purpose other than taking part in the Retreat.

9.2 We may ask anyone whose conduct is unsafe, abusive or disruptive to leave, without a refund.

9.3 Photos and video. We photograph and film parts of the Retreat for promotional use. By attending, you consent to us using your image, likeness and voice in that material, in any media, without payment. [PLACEHOLDER: Optional: If you'd prefer not to appear, tell us in writing before arrival and we'll make reasonable efforts to exclude you.]

9.4 We don't record the content of confidential discussions, such as small-group sessions or the details of your business plans.

10. Materials and software

10.1 Retreat materials, templates and methods remain our intellectual property. You may use them in your own business. You may not resell, republish or teach them commercially.

10.2 The included Integritty subscription is governed by Integritty's terms of service, has no cash value and can't be transferred or exchanged.

11. Limitation of liability

[Pending legal review.] To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with the Retreat is limited to the amount you paid us, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or travel costs.

12. General

12.1 These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

12.2 If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

12.3 These terms, your registration confirmation and the participant waiver are the full agreement between us about the Retreat.

12.4 Questions: [PLACEHOLDER: contact email].
